This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect only what the Service needs to work.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the content you provide (listings, photos, home details, saved searches, messages), and basic usage data. A seller's exact street address is stored privately and is only revealed to a buyer after the seller accepts that buyer's interest, or if the seller chooses to make it public.
How we use it
To operate matching, messaging, notifications, and the professional directory; to keep the platform safe (verification, fraud prevention); and to send you emails you can control in Settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, privacy-respecting analytics, and — if you buy a paid feature — our payment processor), and when required by law. Other users see only what the product is designed to show them (e.g. your name and criteria when you express interest).
Your choices
You can edit your profile, manage email preferences, export your data, and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your listings, messages, and personal data, subject to any records we must retain by law.
Security
Data is stored with industry-standard providers and protected by row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
