The market before the market

This started with our own move

PreMarket exists because of a problem our family ran into firsthand. We were planning a move — which meant selling the home we had while finding the one we wanted, and somehow timing both perfectly against each other. Sell too early and you have nowhere to go. Buy too early and you're carrying two homes. Every step depended on a market you can't control and a clock you don't set.

And if you wanted to know whether anyone in the area you loved was thinking about selling? The old-fashioned way is literally knocking on doors — or writing letters to strangers and hoping. That's how opaque this market is: the only inventory you can see is what's already listed, which means you're always reacting, never planning.

We built PreMarket to remove that hassle — and to bring security and planning to the biggest move most people ever make.

What that looks like here

Sellers list quietly, months ahead

Set a timeline from 1 month to 2 years. Your exact address stays private until you choose to connect — neighbors never know you're thinking about it.

Buyers see tomorrow's inventory

Browse homes that haven't hit the market yet, in the exact areas you want — no door-knocking, no letters to strangers.

Both sides of your move, one timeline

Because most sellers are also buyers, planning ahead means your sale and your next home can finally line up — no scramble, no gambling on the gap. Free for buyers and sellers, no commission ever.
