Yes. Browsing homes, listing your home, saving searches, and messaging are all free. Optional premium features (like a featured listing) are clearly priced, and we never take a commission on a sale.
Do I need an account to look at homes?
No. Anyone can browse pre-market homes and view details. You only need a free account to save homes, set alerts, or reach out to a seller.
Will my home's address be public?
No. Your exact street address stays private and is only shared with a buyer after you accept their interest — or if you choose to make it public. Listings show an approximate area only.
Do I have to use a real estate agent?
That's entirely up to you. PreMarket works with or without an agent. If you'd like professional help, you can browse licensed agents, attorneys, and other pros in our services directory.
How do I know a listing or user is legitimate?
Look for the Verified badge, and always confirm ownership and licensure independently before any transaction. If something looks off, use the Report option or contact us.
