PreMarket is committed to equal housing opportunity. We support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair-housing laws.
No discrimination
It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, or advertising of housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, or familial status. Some jurisdictions add further protected classes.
What this means on PreMarket
Listings, messages, and profiles must not express any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected class. Buyers may not be treated differently on that basis. Content that violates this policy will be removed, and accounts may be suspended.
Reporting
If you believe a listing or user violates fair-housing law, use the “Report” option on the listing or profile, or contact us. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing.
